Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@picly.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@picly.shop.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at contact@picly.shop with details and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
